Registration & COVID UPDATE:

Hello CGC Family!

We are taking registration for the winter sessions! Our class schedule is available for download here. If you are interested in joining gymnastics, we urge you to do so online at our registration page. If you are incapable of registering online we ask that you come during our registration evenings, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 430pm to 730.pm. As per protocol we still need to make sure every athlete’s parent/guardian sign a COVID screening sheet. The sheet is available here for download.

Due to Covid restrictions please email the Board of Directors @ cornwallgymnasticsboard@gmail.com to register for this event no later than November 23, 2020. A zoom link will be provided.

We are currently seeking Board of Director members.

Vacant Positions: 1 Treasurer, 1 VP of Fundraising and 2 members at large.

Hello CGC family!

We have resumed our recreational programs with modifications as of August 5th 2020!
During the last month we have been allowed to offer modified training for our competitive gymnasts.  We have now received approval from the Canadian Government and our governing body, Gymnastics Ontario to begin a modified Recreational Program!

We are thrilled that we can now offer the opportunity to return to gymnastics safely and regain some type of normalcy after many months of no school and or activities!
We started our Summer Session August 5th, 2020.

As of right now our Summer Session has already filled up but we will be accepting registrations for our Fall Session as of August 17th. Please visit the Registration and our Programs page for more information regarding our Fall Session.

Spring Deferrals:

If you had registered your child for the Spring Session that was cancelled due to COVID-19 you can chose to defer that payment for the next available session. Please message us on Facebook or email us to request a deferral at cornwallgymnasticsclub@gmail.com.
When requesting a deferral, we will need:
– The class day and time the child was registered for
– The child’s name and age

Gymnasts who have already deferred their payments from the 2019-2020 spring session will be given priority for fall registration however it will be first come first serve for those who have deferred due to the large number of deferrals.

Spring Refunds:

If you would like a refund for the Spring Session 2019-2020 that was cancelled please contact us through Facebook messenger at Cornwall Gymnastics Club or email us at cornwallgymnasticsclub@gmail.com to request a refund.
When requesting a refund, we will need:
– The class day and time the child was registered for
– The child’s name and age
– Parent/Guardian’s current and complete mailing address so the refund is sent to the proper address.

Please note* The first class will be deducted and a 25$ administration fee will apply. Thank you for understanding and your patience as we sort through the refunds.
